Sethi Petroleum offers a Royalty & Income fund that is 1031 exchange qualified through our RIA and broker dealer affiliations. This is a $25 million fund that is capitalized on an annual basis by private equity investors. The main objective of the Royalty & Income Fund is to ascertain potentially long-term cash flow for our investors.

 

Once our investors participate in the fund, 12.5% to 25% of the fund’s total capital is allocated to our existing portfolio of assets. Based on a thorough analysis made by our team of financial analysts, geologists and engineers, we will allocate these funds to only the mineral leases with upside development opportunities. This will provide our investors with current cash flow.

 

The remaining percentage of the fund will be used to purchase working interests in additional leases and wells that have also been endorsed by our research and development team. This allows Sethi Petroleum to potentially increase our investors’ capital through continual portfolio growth and diversification.

 

The success of this fund is centered around the strength of domestic oil and gas production.
