• The investor signs Letter of Intent (LOI) and places fraction of to-be-invested principal in escrow

• Sethi Petroleum diligently works through only the most attractive new and existing drilling opportunities

• We will submit a personalized investment proposal to our client within 30 days

• The cash call is made and project is funded within 3 business days

• Sethi Petroleum receives small upfront success fee and ongoing management fee

• Investor receives quarterly or monthly cash flow along with full cost and production reporting
