Through its RIA and broker dealer affiliations, Sethi Petroleum offers a domestic Non-Op Fund on an annual basis called the Liberty Income Fund. Valued at $25 million, the structure of the Liberty Income Fund is very similar to that of the Bakken Non-Op Fund.
Over the past 13 years, Sethi Petroleum has accumulated a massive network of business contacts and partnerships in the field, allowing our company access to thousands of potentially lucrative ground floor and working interest investment opportunities throughout the country.Mineral Right owners from several oil plays contact Sethi Petroleum directly once a well is drilled on their acreage and a cash call is made.
Sethi Petroleum has an entire department dedicated to the analysis of these potential projects for our clients. Each project is meticulously evaluated by our team of experts based on geologic merits, reservoir analysis and economic viability (see The Gauntlet). Once a project has been endorsed by our team of analysts, we will take advantage of the potentially lucrative investment opportunity on behalf of our clients.
Our primary focus is to allocate these funds into four major oil plays:
-
Bakken Shale (North Dakota)
-
Niobrara Formation (Colorado)
-
Permian Shale (Texas)
-
Eagle Ford Shale (Texas)
These plays have been known to yield higher ROI from an investment standpoint. We may also invest the fund’s capital in viable projects housed outside of these oil plays once it is properly vetted and endorsed by our expert team of analysts.
